You invoice correctly first time, in seconds
The invoice is generated from the order — customer, products, VAT rates — and goes to the tax authority on its own. No retyping and no second program.
One system for everything your company does: invoicing, payments, stock, online shop and shipping. You switch on only the modules you need, and data entered once travels all the way to accounting, unchanged.

Where Timona comes from
It came out of 20 years of running a company. And out of everything that keeps breaking in one.
Orders taken over the phone and written on paper. Invoices issued in a program that knows nothing about stock.
Different prices for every partner, remembered by one single person. Payments that do not match the invoices.
Documents retyped at month end for accounting. And where you also ship: four courier interfaces, lost parcels, wrong weighings paid month after month.
“Every function in this system exists because one day the lack of it cost me money. It is not a feature list written by marketing — it is a list of problems I ran into over all these years.”
The problem
At ten invoices a month or ten thousand, the same losses. Only the amount differs.
Orders arrive from several places — phone, email, website, partner. Nowhere are they all together.
The invoice is issued in another program, with other data, typed in again.
Stock in the program and stock in the warehouse are two different things.
You do not know today what margin you made yesterday. You find out at month end, from the accountant.
Unpaid invoices are chased by someone on a spreadsheet, whenever they remember.
If you ship: four courier interfaces, parcels lost without anyone noticing, wrong weighings paid in silence.
None of them is a disaster. Each one is a small loss. Added up, they are your profit for a year.
What Timona does
Eight concrete outcomes, not a feature list. Modules are switched on separately, as you come to need them — you do not pay for inventory if you hold no stock. And the invoice is issued under the law of your company's own country, in any EU member state.
The invoice is generated from the order — customer, products, VAT rates — and goes to the tax authority on its own. No retyping and no second program.
Stock in the program is stock in the warehouse. You see the margin today, on every document, not at month end from the accountant.
Every payment — bank, cash or cash on delivery — finds its invoice. What has not been paid shows up on its own, on the due date, with no hand-kept spreadsheets.
All your couriers in one place. The system shows you where you are losing money on transport and prepares what you can claim back.
On a date you set once, the documents go to your accountant's email on their own, ordered and linked to each other. You no longer have to remember, and nobody types anything twice.
You start with invoicing. You open up stock, B2B partners, the online shop, the marketplaces or shipping when you need them — without changing systems.
For online shops the chain runs by itself: the order comes in from the shop, the invoice is issued and filed with the tax authority, the shipping label is requested from the right courier, and both come out of the printer ready to go on the parcel. You only look at the orders that fall out of the pattern — the rest are done by the time you get to them.
Orders, invoices, payments and deliveries, all under the same customer, however many routes they use to reach you. You see their history, their balance and their contract prices before you start the conversation. This is the part invoicing programs usually leave out — and it is exactly what makes the difference on the phone, in a complaint or in a price negotiation.
Timona does not build artificial intelligence services into any process. It is an architectural choice, made to guarantee that your customers' data stays entirely under your control, on European Union territory.
To “understand” an invoice or an order, an AI model receives its contents — names, addresses, phone numbers, personal identification numbers. The most widely used AI services process them on servers outside the European Union.
Under the GDPR, your customers' personal data is in your company's care. A transfer outside the EU made by your invoicing program is still a transfer made by you.
Everything Timona automates runs on explicit rules, inside the system — nothing is sent to an external service to be “interpreted”. The data stays in your own database, on EU servers, GDPR compliant.
